The Assorted Kürtőskalács is the perfect answer for the indecisive - and for anyone who wants to explore different flavor combinations! Instead of choosing a single topping, you can have 2, 3 or even 4 different flavors on the same kürtőskalács, each one carefully applied to its own separate section of the roll. And the best part? It can be 100% vegetarian or vegan, depending on the flavors you choose!
The preparation is exactly the same as for the classic kürtőskalács - our secret dough (without eggs, for the vegetarian options!) is kneaded fresh every morning, wound by hand onto the traditional wooden spits and baked over hot coals until it turns perfectly golden. The difference comes at the end: instead of applying a single topping, we divide the kürtőskalács into equal sections and each one gets its own special flavor!
